In the last decade the tick risk in Canada has changed dramatically. The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) established National Tick Awareness Month to help veterinarians and pet owners outsmart ticks. This campaign reminds Canadians how important it is to be informed about ticks and the potential hazards they may pose to pets and people.

Tick Talk Canada tools and resources are updated annually to educate Canadians and help protect pets and their families from these parasites.
